Inglis Digital - Unique Opportunity for Breeders

Media Release - Friday August 4

A catalogue of 381 lots has been finalised for the Inglis Digital August (Early) Sale which features many tantalising breeding prospects and multiple G1 racing prospects.

One of the standouts is Anders’ 3/4 sister Satin Love (Snitzel), offered in foal to leading second and third season sire Maurice, who is fully booked this season.

Satin Love is in foal to Maurice (Jpn).

The resultant foal – due mid-August – is bred on the same Maurice-Redoute’s Choice cross of Hitotsu, G2 winner Bank Maur and 2YO Stakes winners Namesake and Azula.

An $800,000 yearling, Satin Love was 2nd on debut in the G3 Ottawa Stakes as a November 2YO, behind subsequent four-time Group winner See You In Heaven.

The regally bred Warm Smile by New Approach, is another entry that’s sure to attract significant attention and rightly so.

Already Stakes placed, the granddaughter of Galileo is out of a Dubawi half sister to nine-time G1-winning champion Anamoe, who will stand his first season at stud this year at Darley.

The Ciaron Maher and David Eustace-trained Warm Smile earned black type this autumn and is being offered as a racing and breeding prospect.

Another intriguing racing and breeding prospect in the sale is Reo, who finished second in the G1 Queensland Oaks at her most recent outing in June.

A 33% share in Reo – who is already a three-time winner from just six starts – is being offered in the sale.

Reo is also very well bred, being by emerging young sire Rubick and out of a daughter of Scat Daddy.

Another is Le Villi, also placed in a G1 Queensland Oaks (behind Gypsy Goddess in 2022).

The 5YO mare has significant racing upside and is Danehill-free, making her an enticing breeding proposition when the time comes.

There are plenty of quality breeding prospects in the sale on attractive covers including Ammirata – a G3 winner in foal to one of the world’s best stallions Wootton Bassett – and Frangipani Moon, a Stakes winner offered in foal to exciting young stallion Ole Kirk.

The catalogue of 381 consists of 127 broodmares, 190 racehorses (102 race fillies), 35 shares, 21 yearlings and eight unnamed stock.

Other highlights include:
