Flemington trackwork October 17

Darryl Sherer - Tuesday October 17

An older import with a Cup assignment at the weekend turned in a sharp gallop on the grass on Tuesday.

Speedway is down from Sydney to race at Caulfield on Saturday and she held her own on the grass with the older Big Blue, the import having jumped out well previously and nominated for Sunday's Seymour Cup.

A six-year-old son of Galileo, Big Blue did not show much in three Australian starts last preparation but the way he has been working at Flemington suggests he will be leaving that form behind soon.

Markers on the steeple grass were out four metres, riders reporting the ground riding in the good(3) range.

Racenet has compiled a list of times below with an analysis of the work to assist punters.
