Tara Madgwick - Friday May 26

Progressive So You Think sprinter Think About It will take a picket fence of five straight wins into the $1million Group I BRC Kingsford Smith Cup (1300m) at Eagle Farm on Saturday, while at Goulburn on Friday his half-sister by Pierro broke the ice to win her first race.

Trained by Richard and Will Freedman, three year-old filly Kokoshnik had run three seconds in her previous four starts so was overdue for a win and got the job done as a short priced favourite.

She was strong to the line to win the 1300m maiden by a length to the great delight of her big team of Dynamic Syndications owners.

40,000 Inglis Classic purchase from the Newgate Farm draft for Dynamic Syndications / Dean Watt Bloodstock, Kokoshnik was bred by Greg and Dona Kolivos of Lightning Thoroughbreds, who enjoyed so much success racing her sire Pierro.

Kokoshnik was a $140,000 Inglis Classic purchase. for Dynamic Syndications.

She is the third winner from three foals to race from Tiare, a winning half-sister by Flying Spur to Group II winning sprinter Keen Array.

Given the emergence of Think About It as one of the most promising sprinters in the country, Kokoshnik has proven to be a savvy investment with a lucrative stud career sure to follow when her racing days are done.
