Topping the list the Phoneix Broodmare consigned Testa Rossa mare Marquise da Rossa, who is the dam of twice Group I placed Group III winner Elliptical and her So You Think filly was bought last week for $400,000 by Suman Hedge, who also purchased Elliptical.

Topping the list is the Milburn Creek consigned Bernardini (USA) stakes-winner Sheiswhatsheis, whose Zoustar yearling colt made $725,000 at Magic Millions this year when bought by Curran Bloodstock. She also has a two year-old filly (Zouella) by Zoustar that was retained and is in work with Chris Waller.

Also interesting the Mill Park consigned Amalgamate, whose So You Think yearling colt made $650,000 at Magic Millions this year when bought by Legend Racing Pty Ltd/Avenue Bloodstock making him the most expensive yearling by his sire at that sale.

When Te Akau boss David Ellis attended Magic Millions in 2020 he returned to New Zealand with seven yearlings that included a $360,000 filly by I Am Invincible and a $600,000 colt by Snitzel, the former was NZ Horse of the Year Imperatriz and the latter was Champion NZ 2YO Sword of State, whose first yearlings will be offered at the Gold Coast in January.
