Kingstar Draft an HTBA Yearling Sale Highlight

The yearling sales continue at Riverside Stables on Sunday with the Inglis HTBA Yearling Sale and proven Group I Hunter Valley nursery Kingstar Fam will present a draft of 10 including four by their promising first season sire Unite and Conquer.

Kingstar bred and sold Golden Slipper winning colt Stay Inside, who covered his first book of mares last spring and have enjoyed further stakes success as a vendor this season through quality filly Wollombi.

A $200,000 Magic Millions purchase from their draft for Snowden Racing, the daughter of Extreme Choice has won four of 12 starts with a highlight win in the Group III VRC The Vanity.

Kingstar will present yearlings at the HTBA Sale by the farm’s own sires Bull Point, Lord of the Sky and Unite and Conquer, plus youngsters by Brutal, Cosmic Force and a late supplementary entry by Capitalist that will be offered as Lot 300, but will be well worth the wait.

One of only two colts in the sale by Capitalist, he is the first foal from Princess Joy Joy, a placed Sebring half-sister to stakes-winners Upon This Rock, Gaze On and Bhutane Dane and to the dam of Group III winner Najoom, the dam of Group III winner Charm Stone and stakes-winner Najmaty.

Princess Joy Joy is also interestingly a sister-in-blood to $7million earning and multiple Group I winner Criterion, so there is no end to the quality on the page for this eye-catching colt.

Lot 170

First foal of sharp three-time winning juvenile Sizzling Belle that was also second in the Group III Canberra Black Opal Stakes. Sizzling Belle is a full sister to very smart three year-old Sizzle Minizzle, who won the recent $500,000 Country Championships at Randwick and is entered for the Group III Hawkesbury Guineas this Saturday.

Half-brother to three multiple winners from Sukhar, a placed three-quarter sister-in-blood to Melbourne Cup winner Efficient from a quality Black Type family.

Lot 165

From the first crop of speedy Group II winning sprinter Cosmic Force. Third foal of a half-sister to Group II winners Renaissance and Sessions as well as stakes-winner Haunted and to the dam of Group III winner Whisky Neat. First two foals from mare have both raced for a three-time winner and a place-getter.
