A Stakes placed mare in foal to sire-of-the-moment Proisir headlines a large and diverse catalogue of 408 entries in the Inglis Digital April (Early) Online Sale.
Dreamtesta (Testa Rossa) was dual Stakes placed at three and is now carrying a pregnancy to one of the most in-demand stallions in the Southern Hemisphere in Proisir.
Proisir, who stands at Rich Hill Stud, has sired five individual G1 winners this season alone including last weekend’s Vinery Stud Stakes victor Prowess (pictured), alongside Legarto, Levante, Pier and Dark Destroyer.
Testa Rossa, sire of Dreamtesta, is the broodmare sire of five G1 winners, with leading progeny produced from his daughters including Global Glamour, Vow And Declare, Prince Fawaz, Anaheed, Elliptical, Saltaire and many others.
Dreamtesta is offered by New Zealand’s Red Oak Bloodstock, who has supported the auction with five mares, others in foal to the likes of Turn Me Loose and Tivaci etc.
Another enticing breeding prospect in the sale is Love Of Liberty, the dam of G1 Epsom Handicap winner Ellsberg.
Love Of Liberty, who has a Divine Prophet 2YO and Shamus Award yearling on the ground, will be offered in foal to proven stallion Spirit Of Boom and is a ‘tax mare’.
There are a number of reductions in the catalogue including from Bert Vieira and Jen Campin as well as a ‘Hunter Valley Yearling Sale’ draft.
The ‘Hunter Valley Yearling Sale’ is a draft of 39 yearlings offered in combination from 10 stud farms by sires such as Deep Field, Russian Revolution, Merchant Navy, Brave Smash, Brutal, Invader, Pariah, Press Statement, Shalaa, Tassort etc.
The Vieira Reduction includes seven yearlings by Trapeze Artist, Pride Of Dubai and Invader, as well as 10 well-related mares in foal to Trapeze Artist including Easy For Me (Vancouver), who is carrying a three-quarter-in-blood relation to high-class 2YO Facile, while the Campin draft includes a mare in foal to hot young sire Satono Aladdin.
