Debut 2YO Winner for Sebring Sun

Tara Madgwick - Sunday February 12

Glenthorne Park’s young Sebring stallion Sebring Sun has had a run of recent winners including a debut  two year-old winner at Grafton last Friday in One Kind.

Trained at Wyong by Allan Kehoe, One Kind was a well backed favourite and scored a tenacious neck win in the 1000m juvenile event.

Retained to race by her breeders, One Kind is the first winner for Mantonant, a four time winner by Danehill (USA) stallion Manton.

With his oldest progeny just three year-olds, Sebring Sun has sired seven winners from 13 runners with Miami Sun the best so far winning two of five starts in Tasmania earning over $80,000 in prizemoney.

Sebring Sun

Sebring Sun is a modestly priced stakes-winning son of Sebring that is doing a good job from limited numbers.
