With recent graduates including Still a Star, Mystic Journey, Turk Warrior, Palentino, Soul Patch, Take the Sit and Deroche, it's easy to understand why the sale is held in such high regard with trainers, bloodstock agents and buyers from across Australia.

The 2023 Magic Millions Tasmanian Yearling Sale will be held from 11am on Monday 20 February, the day after the $85,000 Magic Millions 2YO Classic (plus $10,000 Racing Women’s Bonus) and $75,000 TasBreeders Magic Millions 3YO & 4YO Classic are run on Tasmanian Oaks Day (Sunday 20 February, Mowbray Racecourse).

Magic Millions is committed to supporting the success of the thoroughbred industry in Tasmania having recently agreed to a long-term deal with Tasracing and Tasbreeders for the continued conduct of the Tasmanian Yearling Sale.

"The Tasmanian thoroughbred industry has a long and rich history of producing successful graduates and the 2023 catalogue looks to enhance that record in February," Magic Millions Managing Director Barry Bowditch said.

"Each and every year the sale produces high class racehorses who regularly feature in black type races across Australia. Statistically the sale produces incredible returns for buyers."
