Four heats for juveniles at the Randwick trials on Monday included a winner for first season sire Trapeze Artist.
Trained by David Pfieffer, flashy chestnut colt Trapeze Pleasure showed pace to lead and kept up his gallop to the line to beat a pair of Godolphin colts by three-quarters of a length.
Trapeze Pleasure is a homebred for Bert Vieira and is the first foal of Perfect Pleasure, a half-sister by Pierro to Group II winner Torio’s Quest and stakes-winner Bippo No Bungus.
Perfect Pleasure is married to Trapeze Artist and has a yearling and filly foal by the champion son of Snitzel to follow.
Other heat winners were: Waverley (No Nay Never (USA), Saltaire (Star Turn) and Vividness (Exosphere).
