A new generation of two year-olds are primed to step out this Saturday with fascinating stakes races in Sydney and Melbourne featuring the most expensive filly sold at Magic Millions this year and a smattering of runners by first season sires.
The Listed VRC Maribyrnong Trial Stakes (1000m) at Flemington is for colts and fillies with the most expensive runner being I Am Invincible filly Charm Stone, who was the highest priced filly sold at Magic Millions this year when bought by Sheamus Mills Bloodstock for $1.55million.
