A jockey will face the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board on Wednesday to answer a charge of failing to give a runner every chance to obtain the best possible position in a race in August.
Stewards charged Kate Walters with a breach of AR 135(b) at the end of an investigation that began at the Coleraine meeting on August 12.
The stewards' report from the meeting noted they had inquired into the tactics of three runners trained by Walters's father Wayne – Herman, Buccellati and Holly Holy – in the Michael Furnell 0-58 Handicap (1800m).
Holly Holy won the race and Herman finished sixth but Buccellati finished last after Walters sent the horse to a clear lead in the early and middle stages.
The hearing will start at 9.30am.
