Glamour Mares on Track for G1 Tiara

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday June 14

The Group I Tatts Tiara (1400m) is the final Group I race of the Australian season and will be run on Saturday June 25 at Eagle Farm with the star Ciaron Maher and David Eustace  trained mares Away Game and Snapdancer keeping up to the mark with a barrier trial this morning at Deagon.

Choisir mare Snapdancer has not raced since winning the Group I SAJC Robert Sangster Stakes last month when she beat Away Game, who has since been sold through the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale where she was bought by Yulong for $4million.

Away Game failed to fire for her new owners when unplaced in the Group I BRC Kingsford Smith Stakes, but could easily bounce back to claim the Group I win that has so far eluded her.

Away Game has done everything a filly can do bar winning a Group !, so maybe her turn is just around the corner.
