A dashing grey colt bought by Star Thoroughbreds at Magic Millions from the Baramul Stud draft, D’Argento was an immediate success for trainer Chris Waller winning his first two starts at the back end of his juvenile season before training on at three to win the Group I ATC Rosehill Guineas.

Second beaten half a head by Hartnell in the Group I ATC Epsom Handicap and third to Winx in the Group I ATC Winx Stakes, D’Argento was a serious racehorse retiring with earnings in excess of $1.1million.

So You Think is riding high this season, leading the Australian General Sires List by earnings with $16.7million and posting nine stakes-winners headed by Group I winners Think It Over, Nimalee and Knights Order.

Given his soaring success, there is sure to be much interest in the first youngsters by D’Argento, whose female family features diverse speed influences with his first three dams by champion sires Redoute’s Choice, Kenmare (Fr) and Without Fear (Fr).
