First Million Dollar Yearling for Dundeel

A milestone for Arrowfield Stud’s Dundeel when a half-brother to Profundo became his first $1,000,000 yearling.

Consigned by Arrowfield Stud, the bay colt was purchased by Hawkes Racing for $1,000,000. (Lot 214).

He is the third foal of Group Group III Widden Stakes winner Honesty Prevails.

All three foals have broken the seven-figure barrier.

Group 1 ATC Spring Champion Stakes-winner Profondo (Deep Impact) was purchased by  Galletta Construction for $1,900,000 in 2020, while James Harron purchased a Shalaa (IRE) colt last year for $1,150,000.
