Inglis Pink Bonus Registration Now Open

Media Release - Monday April 4

Registration for the $1m Inglis Pink Bonus Series is now open.

Inglis introduced the Pink Bonus earlier this year as an added incentive for buyers, whereby a purchase is fully paid up for the Inglis Race Series and registered as minimum 75% female owned.

Qualified ownership groups would then run for an added $1m in Pink Bonus prizemoney in designated races in the race series, as set out below.

*Inglis Millennium - $400,000 bonus to the first eligible horse home

All yearlings purchased at the Classic and Premier Sales earlier this year that have 75% female ownership are eligible, as are horses purchased through the Inglis Weanling Sale Series in 2021 as well as the upcoming Inglis Gold and HTBA May Yearling Sales and Inglis Digital Sale graduates that were born in 2020.

“We introduced the Pink Bonus as not only an added incentive for existing buyers but also to try and attract new participants to the sport and we’re delighted with the feedback and expected uptake at this initial stage,’’ Inglis Bloodstock CEO Sebastian Hutch said.

“This is significant added prizemoney available to all of the owners involved in qualified and registered horses, so I strongly urge buyers to get involved.

“The Inglis Easter Yearling Sale is the next golden opportunity to get associated with the Inglis Pink Bonus and with a catalogue of 487 yearlings, there are ample chances to do so.’’

Registrations must be received by 5pm on September 1 to be eligible.

Graduates of the Inglis Ready2Race Sale will also be eligible and will be required to be registered by October 25.
