Five year-old Dawn Approach (IRE) gelding Kaptive scored his second win for Team Hawkes when saluting at Newcastle, while seven year-old Magic Albert mare Bring the joy won the Tooraweena Cup at Gilgandra and has won over $80,000 in prizemoney.
Ambergate Farm will present three yearlings at Inglis Classic on Monday and Tuesday as follows and Kevin Drew has been happy with the inspections on all three over the past few days:
Lot 409 Filly Shalaa (IRE) x Bedizened, by Commands
By a leading young sire in Shalaa from a half-sister to stakes-winner Quarterman. Half-sister to five winners with Sculling Brothers successful in Macau after the catalogue went to print.
Lot 755 Colt Divine Prophet x Bene Gal, by Benfica
First foal of a four time metro winner Bene Gal, a daughter of the dam of the previous yearling.
