Torryburn Stud Bring Magic to the Millions

The Cornish family owned Torryburn Stud has long been highly regarded as a proven Group I nursery and their easily recognizable TS in a heart shaped brand is carried by the best sprinting three year-old colt in the country in Home Affairs.

Bred by Torryburn and sold as a yearling for $875,000 to Tom Magnier, I Am Invincible colt Home Affairs won the Group II ATC Silver Slipper last season and this spring came of age with a career defining win in the $1million Group I ATC Coolmore Stud Stakes.

The Chris Waller trained colt was in a class of his own at Flemington, blitzing his peers to lead all the way and win by three lengths taking his earnings in excess of $1.6million.

The Torryburn brand features on nine yearlings to be offered at Magic Millions in January by a range of proven and popular sires including the highly anticipated young guns Justify (USA) and The Autumn Sun .

From the first Australian crop of Coolmore’s American Triple Crown winner JUSTIFY, the Horse of the Year and Champion 3YO Colt of the season, he is the first foal of the juvenile winning I Am Invincible mare LA POMME DE PIN, a half-sister to the stakes placed My Favourite (Haradasun) from the family of Torryburn Stud favourites Crimson Reign (Red Ransom), a G3 winner and her G2-winning son Deploy (Fastnet Rock).
