A $310,000 Inglis Easter purchase, four year-old Pierro mare French Declaration scored her second win in South Africa when saluting at Kenilworth on Wednesday.
Trained by Andre Nel, French Declaration opened up a big lead in the 1950m fillies and mares handicap and had just enough left to hold and win by a head, her second win from eight starts.

Declaration was bought from the Coolmore draft at Inglis Easter by James Bester Bloodstock and runs for Sabine Plattner.
She is a half-sister to stakes-winner Superfly and stakes-placed Montelimar being the seventh winner from eight runners out of stakes-winning Hennessy (USA) mare Allez France.
Allez France was retired from stud duties last year and her final two foals are a two year-old filly by Churchill (IRE) and a yearling colt by Pride of Dubai.
