Humidor rocketed to the top of the latest Caulfield Cup order of entry with his dominant win in Saturday's Group I Makybe Diva Stakes (1600m) at Flemington.
Humidor strolled to victory by more than three lengths in the Makybe Diva Stakes, which offered a Caulfield Cup ballot exemption to the winner.
The Darren Weir-trained Humidor joined the Dato Tan Chin Nam Stakes winner Bonneval and the Mornington Cup winner Tally as gallopers guaranteed a Caulfield Cup start on October 21.
That trio heads the latest Caulfield Cup order of entry, which was released on Monday.
Saturday's Group III Naturalism Stakes (2000m) at Caulfield will be the next race that offers a Caulfield Cup ballot exemption to the winner.
Jameka won the Naturalism Stakes before going on to claim the Caulfield Cup two starts later.
Currently, 51 of the 142 horses remaining in the Caulfield Cup entries have not passed the first ballot clause for the event, which requires a top-three finish in a Group race over 1600m or further, or a Listed win over a mile or further.
Of the Melbourne Cup entries, 62 of the 140 nominations have not qualified for the race by finishing in the top three in a Group race of 2300m or further or winning a Listed race of 2300m or further.
Irish St Leger winner Order Of St George sits atop the Melbourne Cup order of entry but is almost certain to miss the November event.
