One of Queensland's best young sires , Better Than Ready is stamped for success with the IKS!

“Our draft has always been a happy hunting ground for weanling buyers and in past years we have sold stakes-winners here such as Eximius and Better Than Ready, who is now one of the best young sires in the country,” said Edinburgh Park’s Ian Smith.

“The success of Better Than Ready as a racehorse and now as a sire has been very satisfying for us to watch unfold and we have supported him with mares along the way.

“He has two entries in our draft bred from the first season when his fee was increased to $33,000 with the resulting foals sure to enhance his reputation going forward given the improved quality of mares covered.”
