Ian Smith’s elite Edinburgh Park breeding operation on the mid north coast of New South Wales has faced significant challenges in recent months with floods devastating the picturesque farm leading to a decision to offer a consignment of quality broodmares at Riverside Stables in Sydney on Sunday at the Inglis Australian Broodmare Sale.

“They are quality mares that have been bred to well-chosen, commercial stallions and have young progeny in the pipeline to enhance their value in years to come,” said Ian Smith.

“They are in foal to stallions such as Capitalist, So You Think, Flying Artie and Blue Point representing a great opportunity for buyers to recoup their investment in a timely manner.”
