300 Catalogued for Inglis May Online Sale

Almost 300 horses will be offered at the inaugural Inglis Digital online auction, which opens for bidding at 3pm today.

The catalogue consists of 28 yearlings, 15 weanlings, 32 tried horses, 25 race fillies, 4 stallions – including Group 3 winner and Group 1 placed Honorius - 8 unraced horses and over 140 broodmares, many in foal to some of the country's best-known stallions.

The catalogue will be available online at midday atinglisdigital.com

Of the raced brigade catalogued, multiple metropolitan winner Be Like Dad – who has amassed more than $200,000 in prizemoney from four career wins – is being offered, as is Hot Vinni, a six-time winning son of I Am Invincible, and Conservation (Choisir), a China Horse Club entry which has won two of his three trials and was beaten just 2.5 lengths on debut last week.

Among the weanlings on offer are those by stallions including Smart Missile, Star Witness, Americain, Delago Deluxe, Master Of Design and Fiorente while there are yearlings by sires such as Foxwedge, Lope De Vega, Myboycharlie, Real Saga, Hussonet, Equiano, Epaulette, The Factor, Unencumbered and Fighting Sun.

West Australian farm Yarradale Stud is offering a broodmare dispersal as part of the catalogue, which has been split over the May and June sales.

Among its offerings are multiple Lots of well-related mares including Great Tradition - a three-quarter sister to two Group 1 winners - in foal to promising young sire Gingerbread Man.
