Invincible Spirit Fee Reduced

Tara Madgwick - Friday November 13

The Irish National Stud have announced 2021 service fees with reductions right across the board for their roster including for their champion sire Invincible Spirit, now 23 years of age.

Invincible Spirit has spawned a dynasty of sires.

Chief executive Cathal Beale said: "There's no denying this year has been a tough one. With that in mind, we present our stallions for 2021 with all fees significantly reduced, by up to 66 per cent, to allow breeders to find value and profit in years to come."

Invincible Spirit stood for 100,000 euros this year and comes back to 80,000 for the season ahead.

The sire of 130 stakes-winners worldwide, 20 of them Group I winners, Invincible Spirit is now in hot demand as a sire of sires thanks to the success of I Am Invincible in Australia and Kingman in Europe, while his young sire son Shalaa is also making a big impression with his first two year-olds this year in both hemispheres.

There are no fewer than eight sons of Invincible Spirit standing in Australasia this year as well as at least eight sons of I Am Invincible.
