Debut South African Winner Press Statement

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday September 8

Opening her career with a easy win at Durbanville in South Africa on Tuesday was three year-old Press Statement filly Kitty Cat Chat.

Trained by Brett Crawford, Kitty Cat Chat ran out an easy two and quarter length winner of the 1250m fillies and mares maiden.

A homebred for Ridgemont Stud that was foaled in Australia, Kitty Cat Chat is the first foal of New Zealand bred Singapore stakes-winner Whats New Pussycat, a half-sister by Fast ‘n’ Famous to stakes-winner Seaway.
