The Listed Ripon 2YO Stakes (6f) was won overnight by talented colt Bahrain Pride, whose sire Kodiac is enjoying another super successful season with his two year-olds.
The world record holder for individual juvenile winners in a year, Kodiac is powering along this year with 29 winners already headed by six stakes-winners highlighted by Group I winner Campanelle.
The latest to salute is Bahrain Pride, who made it two wins in as many starts when scoring a length and three-quarter win under James Doyle.
Trained by Simon and Ed Crisford, Bahrain Pride is entered for the Group I Middle Park Stakes.
