Mohammed's global breeding operation has been making headlines in the UK
overnight with news that Godolphin's chief executive John Ferguson has
resigned.
The decision comes as the result of a breakdown in relations between Ferguson
and Godolphin's head trainer in the UK Saeed bin Suroor as detailed earlier
this week on UK Racing Post.
Ferguson has been a regular visitor to Australia over the years and has been
involved in the purchase of countless yearlings, particularly going back in
time when Darley were among the biggest buyers at our sales.
