Bonny O'Reilly proved to be the punters pal again at Rosehill on Saturday when she took out the T J Smith Hall Of Fame Handicap (1200m).
The Bjorn Baker-trained filly travelled comfortably for Jason Collet behind the speed and looked to be in control of the race a long way out before registering her sixth win from eight career starts.
"She is really starting to stack them up these wins and she's doing it very easily too," Jason Collett said.
Collett replaced Tim Clark who had riding commitments at Doomben, claiming his second win aboard the daughter of O'Reilly.
"I have had a wee bit to do with her. I rode her at her second start. I was meant to ride her last prep but came off and was injured, so it was good to be back on her today," he said.
Stable representative Maddie Berkeley was full of praise for both horse and jockey.
"She's building herself a really nice record," Berkeley said.
"She definitely knows how to win and Jason's just given her a terrific ride. She was able to get there very easily today and Girl Sunday has come across her and just given her the perfect spot.
"She's definitely got more to give."
Jason Collett believes the consistent filly deserves a trip north for a crack at some black type races.
"That would be the obvious target, sending her up to Brisbane and it's up to Bjorn but he might find some stakes races up there," Collet said.
Bonny O'Reilly ($3.20) finished half a length ahead of the fast finishing Wild N' Famous ($9.50) with a further length back to the Nick Mitchell-trained Dream Lane ($21).
