The
Turffontein meeting in South Africa on Tuesday produced four Australian bred
winners.
First to salute was three year-old filly Knysna Rose (Pluck (USA) x Attunga
Rose), who won the 1450 metre maiden by over seven lengths.
Next came three year-old filly Intriguing Lady (New Approach (IRE) x Pleats
(Fr)), who posted her second win when scoring over 1800 metres.
Winning the second division of the 1800 metre fillies and mares handicap was another
three year-old filly, Star of Caesour (Star Witness x Caesour's Promise).
Taking out the last race on the program, a 1000 metre open sprint was five
year-old gelding Starcraft Prince (Starcraft x Truly Kissed).
