Gunnison was accepted to run in the Group I ATC Sires' Produce Stakes but has been withdrawn after being sold for $1.4 million at Thursday night's Inglis Chairman's Sale of Racing Prospects.

The Not A Single Doubt gelding will be continuing his career in Hong Kong after being knocked down to bloodstock agent Chris McAnulty.

Gunnison has won his both starts including the Group II Todman Stakes last time out.

Also heading to Hong Kong is the Listed performer Eden Roc, sold at the same sale to George Moore for $900,000, while Sydney Cup contender Chance To Dance sold for $260,000 and will now be trained by Jamie Richards and Stephen Autridge for John Galvin of Fortuna Syndications.

Meanwhile, Eden Roc's older brother Star Turn has been retired and will commence stud duties at Vinery Stud this season.

Star Turn won the Group II Schillaci Stakes (1100m) at Caulfield last year and finished third in the Group I Newmarket Handicap, Lightning Stakes, Coolmore Stud Stakes and William Reid Stakes

Co-trainer John Hawkes said in a statement the son of Star Witness was a 'real racehorse'.

"It's a stellar crop of three year-olds this season and Star Turn was a brilliant athlete with superb on-pace speed. He was 'push-button' and a real racehorse." Hawkes said.
