Second Winner for Golden Archer

With 24 entries for the 2017 Magic Millions Gold Coast March Yearling Sale later this month there were a lot of happy people on Tuesday when Golden Archer sired his second winner with an easy victory for short priced favourite Royal Myth.

Golden ArcherTrained by John Zielke, Royal Myth was placed three times previously and led throughout to win at Gatton over 1100 metres by a length.

Retained to race, Royal Myth is a half-sister to Group III winner Royal Tithe from good producer Slice of Royalty.

A fast and precocious Group III winning son of Rock of Gibraltar (IRE), Raheen Stud's Golden Archer has a big draft for the Magic Millions Marsh Sale, click here to see them.

He has made a promising start to his stud career with two winners and two place-getters from just eight starters.
