Among the growing list of smart three year-old winners for Newgate Farm's young sire Foxwedge is Adelaide based Arizona Wildcat, a bargain $16,000 Inglis Classic purchase for her trainer Lloyd Kennewell from the Bowness Stud draft.

Arizona Wildcat as a yearlingA maiden winner at Morphettville on December 16, Arizona Wildcat was third at her next start before winning again at Morphettville on January 21.

Set a similar task at the same venue on Saturday she repeated her performance and has now won three of her past four starts earning close to $70,000 in prizemoney.

Bred and sold by Bowness Stud, Arizona Wildcat is the second winner for Pure Intentions, a half-sister to Group III winner Cute Emily and to the dam of Hong Kong Derby winner Luger and Group III winner Psychologist.
