MM Sire Averages – Day Three

He might be turning 21 this year, but Arrowfield Stud's Redoute's Choice led the sire averages at the Magic Millions Yearling Sale after the third day with 11 yearlings averaging $371,364, a figure just in advance of his star son Snitzel.

Redoute's choiceTop seller for Redoute's Choice was his Arrowfield Stud bred and sold colt from Ballet Blue that sold for $1.3 million to James Harron Bloodstock. Read about him here.

Yarraman Park's I Am Invincible has had a great sale and posted a new benchmark on Friday when his colt from Admirelle fetched $900,000 to the bid of McEvoy Mitchell Racing. Read about him here.

These are the first yearlings by I Am Invincible conceived off the higher fee of $27,500 ( he stood previously for $11,000) and they reflect the better quality of mare he covered that year giving him an average of $327,714, up significantly on last year's $207,105.
