Dream Ahead Debut Winner Sold by Mill Park

The Mark Kavanagh stable produced a debut winner at Werribee on Thursday for Dream Ahead (USA) with a stylish first up victory for Rose Ahead, a $52,000 Magic Millions Adelaide purchase from the draft of Mill Park.

Rose Ahead as a yearlingEasy in the market, the three year-old found the line well to take the 1100 metre maiden by three-quarters of a length.

Rose Ahead is a half-sister to stakes-winner Daytona Grey and is the seventh winner from terrific producer Southern Rose who died last year.

She is the 13th winner this season for Emirates Park shuttler Dream Ahead, who is doing a good job with his oldest progeny now three year-olds.

Mill Park are now showing yearlings at the Gold Coast for Magic Millions with a draft of seven lovely youngsters, click here to see the draft.
