One of the best thoroughbred farms in Victoria is seeking a new yearling manager.

Our successes include holding the record for the highest priced yearling in Australasia and also in Victoria. Our strength is in preparing each individual yearling to be the best they can be.

We are looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable Yearling Manager to join our team and manage:
* Yearling Preparation * Sales Presentation

Responsibilities
Management of overall yearling preparation from paddock to sales
Yearling sales presentation
Ensuring each yearling reaches their maximum individual potential
Assisting breeding and agistment on farm
Strengthening internal and external relationships

Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in thoroughbred stud farming, general farm management and property presentation
Excellent animal husbandry skills and experience at major yearling sales
Demonstrated experience across all facets of first class yearling preparation and sales presentation
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Integrity, passion and enthusiasm with a 'can do, will do ' approach
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
High level communication skills to provide accurate and timely information on the yearlings in your care
Demonstrated ability to lead self and others
Genuine desire to learn, develop and grow with us
