smartly from off the pace to win the 1200 metre maiden by nearly four lengths.
A Lonhro grand-daughter of stakes-winner Destruct, Shatters comes from the
family of Group I winner and sire Strategic as well as Golden Slipper winner Sweet
Embrace.
Shatters has a yearling colt by Exceed and excel and was covered last year by
Epaulette.
