The winner of the Gr.1 New Zealand 1000 Guineas (1600m), Rollout The Carpet is offered alongside her weanling colt by Pierro and her two winning half-sisters Vendella (Exceed and Excel, currently empty) and Out Of Friendship (Tale Of The Cat, in foal to No Nay Never).

The highest-rated juvenile filly of her generation, Rollout The Carpet won the Gr.2 Matamata Breeders’ Stakes (1200m) and was then first past the post in in the Gr.1 Diamond Stakes (1200m) before being relegated to second. Rollout The Carpet then defeated high-class fillies Waterford and Fix when usurping the Guineas and was the highest rated three-year-old filly on the free handicap. She was also a Group One performer as a four-year-old, finishing a very close up third in the Gr.1 ARC Easter Handicap.

Rollout The Carpet is part-owned by New Zealand’s Bloodstock’s International Bloodstock Manager John Cameron.

“She’s a well-bred, highly performed, quality mare,” Cameron said.

“My partners Mr Fan, Mr Tung, the Orams and myself were very fortunate to have bred her and we enjoyed every moment of her racing career.

“Obviously the highlight being her very determined win in the Gr.1 NZ 1000 Guineas which gave us a tremendous thrill as owners and we were extremely proud of her.

“Rollout The Carpet’s weanling colt by the outstanding young sire Pierro gives buyers the opportunity to purchase him with a view of on-selling him as a yearling or alternatively buying him as a potential racehorse to race in their own colours.”

Mike Kneebone has inspected the horses and is available to discuss them +61 4 395 688 81 or email mike.kneebone@nzb.co.nz

Rollout The Carpet and her weanling colt are based at Coolmore Australia. Inspections can be arranged by calling +61 2 6576 4200 or Nial Power +61 4 812 617 33
