win the Group I ATC Queen Elizabeth Stakes back in the autumn, before being injured and retired to
Westbury Stud in New Zealand.
A Group I winner in both hemispheres, the son of Dalakhani is now set to be syndicated and will stand at Gestut
Rottgen in Cologne, Germany, next year.
The syndication was brokered by agent Crispin de Moubray, who said:
"Reliable Man is a very exciting stallion prospect. He proved himself to
be one the leaders of an outstanding European Classic generation with his victory
in the Prix du Jockey Club and confirmed his quality with a string of top class
performances over a mile and a quarter and a mile and a half in France, England
and Australia at three, four and five.
"His current owners and Gestut Rottgen believe that he offers a rare
opportunity for European breeders to participate in, and profit from, making a
top international stallion.
"He is a fine-looking grey horse who combined the best qualities of his
sire Dalakhani and of his damsire Sadler's Wells with those of his top-class
family, founded by the European champion filly Fair Salinia."
