Caulfield Sprint analysis

Clinton Payne - Friday October 20

The Racenet Speedmaps and form analysts have combined to give punters a leg-up in the $200,000 Group II Caulfield Sprint (1000m) at Caulfield on Saturday.

Racenet's Caulfield Stakes speedmap for Saturday.

Racenet's Speedmaps spokesman Greg Polson said the race will be run in a 'take no prisoners' manner.

"Super Too and Snitty Kitty only know one way and this will be a fast run race," Polson said.

"I'm pretty sure Super Too will hold Snitty Kitty out and stalking the leaders will be Faatinah, Crystal Dreamer and Property.

"This could well be a case where they go too fast for the backmarkers to come into the race but it is the third meeting on the track in a week so watch the early races to make sure they aren't swooping down the centre.

"If they are then there could be some value with Badajoz, Sweet Sherry or Missrock."

Corporate bookie Ladbrokes are offering $4 for the favourite Snitty Kitty, $4.50 Property, $5 Super Too, $8.50 Faatinah and Badajoz, $9.50 Sweet Sherry, $10 Ocean Embers with the other runners at $14 or better.

"Our assessments also think Snitty Kitty, Property and Super Too are the horses to beat but we have them in a different order to the market," Racenet form analyst Cameron Happ said.

"We've got the three-year-old Property on top and he's is a bit of value as is our second pick Super Too.

"You could level stake the two of them for a smaller profit but you would be covering the bases by siding with one of the leaders and a horse that will travel off the speed.

"If you want to go with our top pick Property the Ladbrokes Odds Boost will inflate your price to $5 and that's decent value.

"If you'd prefer to use the Ladbrokes Odds Boost on Super Too you can lock in $6.50.

"My suggestion would be to use the Odds Boost on Property, take $5 on both horses then if we hit the mark you'll be making $3 based on $1 on each horse."
