Christmas is just around the corner and what better festive shopping is there than for horses?!

The Christmas Yearling Sale runs from 15 December through to 20 December 2022

With the thoroughbred market so strong, now is the time to sell and Bloodstockauction.com is proud to announce a new and unique online sale - the 'Christmas Yearling Sale'.

Taking place from 15 December through to 20 December 2022, this is the perfect opportunity for breeders to showcase those yearlings who are not quite suitable for the major sales - a practical, alluring and great value alternative!

"Be first out of the barriers and take the stress out of 2023 by selling your yearlings before Christmas," Bloodstockauction.com's Anthony Gafa enthused - noting that the idea for the sale took hold "after consultation and extensive research with a number of stud farms and breeders."

There are several advantages for the yearling owner - decreased costs not only in regard to hanging on to your stock until next year but also in regard to sales preparation and all the expenses that go with that lengthy process.

And your yearling will stand out with Bloodstockauction.com's team on stand-by to provide their usual high standard of service - promoting the sale and each horse to local, interstate and international buyers.

Online bidding remains open 24 hours a day over five days - providing buyers plenty of time to view the yearlings online, arrange inspections and of course to bid. The site already has over 20,000 registered users and if your yearling doesn’t sell at the fall of the hammer they will commence negotiations with underbidders on your behalf.

A special reduced price has been set for entries - just $440 with a 5% sales commission on all reserved lots who are sold and on all unreserved lots who sell for $5,000 or more. There is no commission payable on passed-in lots.

Dedicated marketing will be conducted prior to, and during the sale... due to be heavily promoted to members and followers through social media channels as well as through respected industry news outlets such as Breednet, TDN, Sky Racing, etc.

A sales consultant will be appointed to manage the complete auction process for the yearling seller and professionally written descriptions will be prepared for your lots. Plus entry is easy - online at: https://www.bloodstockauction.com/countdown or via phone on 1300 849 349.

"It's a great time of year to sell your horses," Gafa said, "and we look forward to showcasing your yearlings for you."
