Operating as
a functional stud, the property has a proud history within the thoroughbred
industry and with triple Group 1 Darley TJ Smith Stakes winner Chautauqua
having been foaled and raised at Kilwinning, Royston and Catriona could not be
more excited about what lies ahead.
Kept in pristine condition, Kilwinning is a 160 acre property with four houses, horse walker, turn out yards, double fence post railing and stabling facilities for over 20 horses, taking the overall size of the two properties to 860 acres of prime undulating paddocks with improved pasture and irrigation.
