Yarraman Park to Offer Half-Sister to She Will Reign at Inglis Easter

Tara Madgwick - Monday February 20
She Will Reign confirmed her standing as favourite for the Golden Slipper with a scintillating victory in last Saturday's Group II ATC Silver Slipper adding instant value to her half-sister that will be offered by Yarraman Park at the 2017 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale.

She Will Reign wins the Silver SlipperFrom the first crop of Cox Plate and Australian Guineas winner Shamus Award, the filly from Courgette will be offered as Lot 86.

"She's a medium sized filly with a great hindquarter and is a great mover," said Harry Mitchell.

"If you had no idea who she was and saw her out walking you'd think, 'that's a racehorse'.

"She has a good temperament and in all honesty is a lot like She Will Reign."

Before we get to Inglis Easter in April, Yarraman Park have headed south for the 2017 Inglis Premier Yearling Sale with a draft of nine youngsters heading to Melbourne on Monday.

"It's a good draft and we're really happy with them," said Mitchell.

"You have to take a good type down there to compete against the Super VOBIS horses, so I think buyers will like what they see."
