Vendors
selling yearlings by Sepoy at the 2017 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale this
weekend will have been delighted to see the Golden Slipper winner deliver three
promising winners on Thursday with a double at Hawkesbury for Every Chance and
Distroyia, while Cambodian Prince saluted at Pakenham.
Probably the most impressive of the trio was the Chris Waller trained Distroyia,
who resumed from a spell newly gelded and raced away to win the 1300 metre
maiden by three lengths at his second start.
A $350,000 Magic Millions purchase for BK Racing and Breeding from the Strawberry
Hill draft, Distroyia is the first winner for Bondi Blonde, a half-sister to Group
winners Danroad, Strawberry Boy and stakes-winners Newtown Jet and Tippitaka.
