Several juveniles showed promise in jumpouts at a wet and blustery Flemington on Friday.
The Lindsay Park Racing-trained Debutants Stakes winner Wait For No One led most of the way to win the fastest heat of the morning with the Maribyrnong Plate winner Aspect trialling strongly behind.
The first heat of the morning was won by proven sprinter Faatinah, which led all the way to defeat Group II winner Miss Rose De Lago.
Friday's heats were on the outside of the course proper, starting from the 2000m and the ground riding in the soft(5) range after 11 mm of rain overnight and showers throughout the morning.
Below is a review of six heats for punters to take note of.
