Mike Tindall is part of the Redwall syndicate formed by Qatar Racing's racing manager David Redvers and his assistant Hannah Wall, who pinhooked seven weanlings from the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale in late May 2016.

One of those horses was a Written Tycoon colt from Pearl Goddess that was re-offered on Thursday by Widden Stud.

The colt was bought for $140,000 from the Noralla Stud draft and today was sold for $650,000 to James Harron Bloodstock.

Harron knows a thing or two about Written Tycoon, having bought his Golden Slipper winning son Capitalist from this sale in 2015 for $165,000.
