Inglis Easter The Best of the Best

2017 is fast approaching and the catalogue for the Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale shapes as another inspiring collection of the best of the best.

The annual Easter Preview Magazine – a 140-page book that gives buyers a first look at next year's Easter catalogue – is now available online, and there's some stunning inclusions in the 2017 version.

Recent history continues to showcase the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale as the best of its kind in the world.

Flying Artie, a 2015 Easter graduate, has proved himself to be the best of an outstanding crop of 3YOs and is on track for champion 3YO colt honours and commercial stud duties, just like fellow Inglis Easter graduates Shamus Award, All Too Hard and Fastnet Rock.

Inglis Easter colts are proven as star stallions, having sired the past five Australian Champion 3YO fillies, while Inglis graduates have claimed the title of World's Best Sprinter 11 of the past 13 years.

The 2017 Easter cataloguetruly is the coming together of the Best of the Best.

The progeny of 25 Group 1-winning mares – including first foals for Samaready, Streama, Secret Admirer, Gondokoro and Steps In Time - as well as siblings to almost 50 Group 1 winners are introduced in the Easter Preview.

Of the superb yearlings entered, Snitzel is the leading sire with 52 entrants, ahead of Redoute's Choice (37), Sebring (35), Pierro (31) and Fastnet Rock (29).

Ten First Season Sires are also catalogued – Zoustar, Fiorente, Dundeel, Shamus Award, Camelot, Dawn Approach, Declaration of War, The Factor, Fighting Sun and Epaulette.

There are four Frankels entered, as well as yearlings by a range of international stallions including American Champion sire Tapit and European stars Dansili, Shamardal and Sea The Stars.
