Farm's Domesday has made a strong start to the month posting seven winners
since November 1 including metropolitan winners Ingegoodbee (Eagle Farm),
Emphasis (Doomben) and Lucky Guy, who scored a stylish win at Sha Tin in Hong
Kong on Sunday.
Progressive five year-old Lucky Guy was having his second run of the new season
and powered clear for Craig Williams to win by a length over 1200 metres in
Class Three company.
It was his third win from 12 starts and he looks primed for further success in
coming months.
From Commands mare Tintoretto, Lucky Guy was a modest $14,000 Inglis Premier Session II purchase from the
Swettenham Stud draft for David Jolly and won his first two starts for the
South Australian trainer before being sold to Hong Kong.
Completely free of Danehill blood, Domesday is a proven outcross sire that keeps
producing the goods and stands at a value fee of $8,800.
