Three
year-old High Chaparral (IRE) filly Being Fabulous broke the ice in impressive
fashion at Vaal in South Africa on Thursday at her second start.
Trained by Johan Janse van Vuuren, Being Fabulous improved on her debut third
last month to win the 1400 metre maiden by nearly three lengths beating older rivals.
A $60,000 Inglis Premier purchase for Heritage Bloodstock from the Grange
Thoroughbreds draft, Being Fabulous is the eighth winner for dual Group I
winner Dashing Eagle.
Dashing Eagle has a yearling filly by Uncle Mo (USA) and produced a filly foal
this spring by Verrazano (USA).
