Emirates Park will open its gates to all thoroughbred breeders on August 19, 20 and 21 for the stud's official Stallion Parades of 2016.
Comprising of Al Maher, Artie Schiller (USA), Dream Ahead (USA) and Mulaazem, the stud's four-horse roster will be available for inspection between 8.30am and 12 noon each morning of the three days scheduled.
All visitors to the region for the annual Hunter Valley thoroughbred Stallion Parades are welcome with the provision that appointments are made in advance.
Of particular interest this year will be the involvement of both Artie Schiller (USA) and Mulaazem.
Artie Schiller is set to stand his first stud season in the Hunter Valley since beginning his dual hemisphere career in 2007. All of the shuttle stallion's previous visits to Australia have seen him covering his domestic books of mares in Victoria.
Mulaazem also debuts on the Murrurundi stallion roster of Emirates Park in 2016 after beginning his promising stud career standing alongside Artie Schiller in Victoria.
Emirates Park's general manager, Bryan Carlson, is keen to encourage all broodmare owners to make the most of the first time opportunity.
"As a newcomer to our Murrurundi headquarters, Artie Schiller is obviously the major drawcard this year," observed Carlson. "And we will be happy to accommodate as many breeders as possible hoping to see this Group 1 racehorse and sire for the first time."
Carlson added: "The response to Artie's relocation to New South Wales has been overwhelming, and while it will be difficult for us to take any more bookings to him this year, there's always 2017 to consider even at this early stage."
Breeders wishing to inspect Emirates Park's 2016 line-up of stallions can do so by calling the stud's office on (02) 6546 6550 to make an appointment.
