Living the Breeding Dream

Tara Madgwick - Monday August 1
The Breednet Foal Gallery is not just about showcasing foals from the big farms, it's about enthusiastic owner breeders achieving their dreams and one of those breeders is Mark Minuzzo, whose foal he sent to us in 2013 won his first race at Gawler on Sunday.

Vieira as a foal in 2013Promising Keano gelding Vieira turned three today and won his very first race at the second time of asking in the 1200 metre maiden for the Leah Conlon stable.

Vieira is the second winner for Fusaichi Pegasus (USA) mare All Force, who sadly died a few weeks ago in a paddock accident.

"I am so proud of her son by Keano winning at only his second start," said Mark Minnuzzo, who emailed us this morning with his exciting news.

"I bought the mare in foal for $1100 three and a half years ago and she has an Ambidexter filly to follow Vieira, who runs in our late dads racing colours."

The 2016 Breednet Foal Gallery sponsored by Rubick is open for business, send you foals to media@breednet.com.au
