A
two season shuttler to Emirates Park in 2013 and 2014, Acclamation's brilliant
son Harbour Watch (IRE) posted his first stakes-winner overnight in France with
an impressive win in the Group II Prix Robert Papin for Tis Marvellous.
Second on debut at Newbury and then an eight length winner at Windsor on July
11, the Clive Cox trained colt was dominant in the five and a half furlong
sprint at Maisons Laffitte, dashing away to win by two and a half lengths.
Tis Marvellous was bought by his trainer for 52,000 pounds at the Goffs
Doncaster Yearling Sale and is the best of four winners from Mythicisim, an
Oasis Dream daughter of Group III winner Romantic Myth.
He is the first stakes-winner for Harbour Watch among five first crop winners
to date.
The first Australian crop of yearlings by Harbour Watch sold for up to $145,000
this year and he will have runners in the new season.
